The government will bring legislation to protect the constitutional rights of tribals, Dalits and Bakhshak reserves in the forthcoming Vidhan Sabha session from a historic decision, forests, tribal people, Ganpat Singh Vasawa said. If the contest has been won by the constitutionally reserved seats, the member will be disqualified and the benefits received will be collected. The minister said that now there is a mandatory scrutiny of the constitutional works in the reserved places, for the benefit of the reservation in education, government jobs or elections, through the Caste Certificates Committee.
